A New Adventure

Hello and welcome to my blog!

As you can probably guess my name is Emma Jayne. I am a 21 year old university graduate (although not technically because my graduation is in 2 weeks) who has no idea what I’m doing with my life. I figured documenting my life (or at least this stage of my life) in a blog would be fun and also help me keep track of where I’m up to.

This wasn’t initially going to be my first post, I was going to write a post that would get straight into my life and current situation. But I’ve been writing and rewriting that post for over a week now so I decided to just go ahead and make this post instead or I would literally never begin posting.

I don’t really know what else to include in this post, it’s only meant to be a brief introduction to break the awkwardness. If you want to read something more substantial, I suggest you go over to my about page.

If anyone has any advice or tips for starting a blog I’d love to hear from you, just comment on this post. Also if anyone has any ideas for proper introductions like a tag or series of questions leave that in the comments as well.

Thanks for reading and I hope to speak to you again soon.

  1. Hi Emma & Congratulations already on graduating from college. I too just graduated more recently and let me just say, that has NOT been what I had planned at all but I am seriously living as each day comes. We may not have it all figured out and we may never have it “all” figure out, but each day ought to be a way of progress in some way and/or some area of our lives. On the other hand, I like your header here.

    1. Hi! Thank you! I think living each day as it comes is the best way forward, especially after graduating and trying to figure out what it is you want exactly. I completely agree, as long as you do something each day to try and further yourself that’s all that really matters. Thank you, I was worried it’d look too ‘basic’ but I sort of like the simplicity of it.
